Insurance and payments

If you have private healthcare insurance you will need to check with your insurance company before your appointment to obtain pre authorisation if applicable. Dr Aslam’s fees are within all insurance company fee schedules.

Please bring your insurance details and authorisation number with you to the appointment.
You may need a letter of referral from your GP before you attend the appointment and your insurance company will be able to advise you.

If your insurance company wants Dr Aslam to complete any forms, please bring these with you to your consultation.

If you are not covered by private medical insurance then the fees are:

First Consultation fee £240
Follow Up Consultation fee £200

Additional costs might apply, for instance blood tests, biopsies, surgical excision, cryosurgery, prescriptions and separate hospital charges for procedures so it is advisable to obtain a quote from the hospital.
